You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By accessing our site you agree to the terms and conditions of this site in full. If you do not agree in anyway with our terms, you must not utilize our site.

Overview

We own the intellectual property rights to this website, images and material provided. You may not republish, duplicate, copy, sell, or rent any of the material on our website. You are prohibited from infringing upon our intellectual property and/or uploading any malicious content that may affect our site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. These terms of conditions apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update, change and/or replace any of our prices and policies without notice. You may not use our products or materials for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Texture / Weft Disclaimer

We will make an effort to match your bundles as closely as we can. However, each bundle is from a single individual. You may receive bundles that are slightly different in color and/or texture. Our luxury virgin hair is single drawn which means there will be various lengths through the weft. Although our wefts are double stitched and durable. Sewing through the weft can cause the bundle to loosen or shed excessively. Our hair extensions are 100% virgin hair. Unprocessed and natural human hair. You can color the hair in anyway however, once your virgin hair is treated it is no longer virgin. If you are having a professional color your extensions they should know to keep color treated extensions conditioned and moisturized.

Processing time

On average, orders are processed, handled, and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm (Eastern Time) excluding holidays. Orders received on Saturday, Sundays, and holidays will begin processing on the following business day. If your shipping and mailing address do not match or your information is invalid your processing time will be extended.

Shipping

Once your order is shipped your tracking number will be updated with the status of your package. Couture Beauty is not responsible for any mail carriers delays and will not take responsibility for such. It is possible to experience delays for various reasons (holidays, natural disasters and/or inclement weather). When placing your order make sure you have included suite #, apt # and/or any identifying numbers needed to properly deliver your order. If you have put in an incorrect address or an invalid address, expect to have delays with your purchase. All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. There will be no refunds on abandoned or refused shipments. If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

International Shipments

Our company provides shipping internationally however, all international shipments must clear customs. Please keep in mind that the delivery date you may receive from our mail carrier is an estimated delivery date which may change if your order takes longer than usual to clear customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional duties, fees, and/or taxes associated with their purchase. (Custom requirements vary from country to country.)

Exchanges

We will not offer exchanges on returns, only store credits or refunds. However, reasonable changes can be made to your order if you make your requests within 24 hours of your original purchase.

In the event we are out of stock of an item or a product. You will have the option to back order the item, exchange for another product or accept a full refund.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are FINAL once you have touched, installed and/or altered the hair or lashes in anyway (for sanitary reasons). The Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. However, if you believe you may have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. If you would like to return your order. Please return the item in the original condition as a necessary health precaution. We will accept a return as long as the seals on our packaging has not been broken or tampered with. Your order will need to be returned to Couture Beauty within 72 hours of receipt in its original packaging untampered. A nonrefundable restocking fee of $25 will be charged. Shipping fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for any shipping cost related to returning your order. You MUST email a copy of your original receipt and new tracking number to onlinesupport@mycouturebeauty.com to verify your items return.

Limitation of Liability

Couture Beauty, does not accept any liabilities that are not stated in this document or permitted by law. We are not liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages. We will not be liable for any business losses, income, profit, revenue, anticipated savings, commercial opportunities, contracts or good will (without the limitation of the aggregate dollar amount the customer has paid).
