We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. We will not reject your transaction if your billing address and shipping address do not match. However, if your addresses do not match your order will take an additional business day or two to be processed and verified through our fraud systems. If you would like your order delivered without possible delay, please confirm that your billing and shipping address match prior to purchase.

Please note, once we have shipped your order we are NOT responsible for any mail carrier delays.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for any refused or abandoned shipments.

All shipments will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Due to all orders being insured and requiring a signature upon delivery, we will NOT ship to a P.O. Box. If you submit an order using a P.O. Box as your shipping address your payment may go through initially. However, upon second review your transaction will be rejected and your payment will be refunded.

During the holidays please make sure you place your order in advance to prevent any possible delays with our mail carriers.

Due to the nature of our products all sales are FINAL once you have touched, installed and/or altered the hair or lashes in anyway (for sanitary reasons). The Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. However, if you believe you may have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.

We ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
